Braden United Methodist Church

Braden Methodist Church was founded in 1908, meeting in the homes of parishioners until a permanent structure was built in 1920. Having outgrown that small building, the church moved into Washington Congregational Church on Lawrence Street in 1956. In 2009 Braden moved to a new location in the Reynolds Corner part of Toledo, leaving the old location vacant.

In January of 2014 the church was severely damaged by a fire in the steeple and attic.
