Luben Apartments
The Luben Apartments, someimtes refered to as "The Castle," was an apartment building in the historic neighborhood of Brush Park. With it's distinctive turrets and neighboring park, the Luben was an intergral part of Brush Park. Sadly however, the improvements to the neighborhood did not extend to the Luben, and the building was left open to the elements.
Small fires had already caused several parts of the floor to cave in, and vagrants were living in the basement. Conditions never improved, and in late November of 2010, the building burned down.
